REFORMER

SIGNATURE REFORMER

The foundation of Studio Vida.

This full-body Reformer class is designed to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance posture. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, it meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence. Expect mindful movement, purposeful sequences, and a focus on core stability, alignment, and muscle tone.

STRENGTH REFORMER

Our Strength class brings an energising, athletic twist to Reformer Pilates, designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and confident in your body. Through purposeful movement, added weights, longer holds, and a steady pace, you’ll build strength and stamina from the inside out — especially through your core.

STRETCH REFORMER

A calm, restorative session designed to release tension, enhance flexibility, and support recovery.

Our Stretch class focuses on lengthening muscles, improving mobility, and reconnecting with your body through gentle, guided movement on the reformer. Slower-paced and breath-led, it’s the perfect complement to our more dynamic classes - or a soothing standalone session when your body craves ease.

Expect deep stretches, mindful transitions, and a sense of space both physically and mentally.

  • Not suitable after 12 weeks of pregnancy

ON THE MAT

MAT PILATES

A strong foundation starts here. This mat-based class focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and mindful movement — all without machines. Using your body weight and small props, you’ll build deep, functional strength and body awareness.

Low-impact yet highly effective, it’s suitable for all levels and designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and leave the mat feeling centered and empowered.

YOGA FLOW

A balanced blend of dynamic movement and restorative stillness. This Vinyasa-style class combines strong, flowing sequences with mindful breath and mobility-focused movement to build strength, flexibility, and presence.

Expect a steady rhythm of energizing postures followed by grounding stretches and deep relaxation. Each session is designed to move your body, quiet your mind, and leave you feeling refreshed, open, and centered.
